As part of our mission to make the world a greener place, we are looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative to join our team and drive the qualification of leads obtained from social media platforms for the installation of ECO measures.

Job Description :

As a Telesales Representative at ECO4U ENERGY SERVICES LTD, you will play a crucial role in our efforts to connect with potential customers who have shown interest in our ECO measures through various social media platforms.

You will be responsible for engaging with leads, building rapport, and qualifying them for our installation services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Initiate outbound calls to leads acquired from social media platforms.
  • Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Educate leads about ECO measures, their benefits, and the services we offer.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability for ECO measures installation.
  • Document lead information and qualification details in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for qualified leads.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead qualification.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in telesales or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length : 12 months

Pay : £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
