Your Opportunity

Dillon’s Data Integration Services Practice is looking for a Discipline Lead to fill an existing vacancy within our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience. You will be a driving force in our continued growth and success across Canada. You will lead a talented team of technical experts, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring we remain at the forefront of geospatial and data analytics services.

At Dillon, we operate as one team. The successful candidate can be based at any one of our following offices : Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Saint John, Fredericton, Halifax, Sydney, St John’s, Yellowknife.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Innovation

• Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with industry trends and best practices providing geospatial and data analytics services.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Discipline's technical skills.
• Drive the integration of new technologies to improve internal processes and reduce costs.
• Deliver significant innovation projects with supporting business cases and success metrics.
• Encourage the use of new solutions and showcase successful efficiency improvements.
