Agilus is recruiting for an Account Manager - Engineering & Technical in the Staffing Services Sector in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.
As an Account Manager, you will drive new business growth within the engineering and technical markets by identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building client relationships from the ground up. This role is built for a true hunter who is energized by prospecting, competitive technical labour markets, and closing deals. You’ll leverage staffing industry expertise to deliver high-impact workforce solutions and expand market share.

Drive new business development by identifying prospects, building pipelines, and expanding existing client relationships within assigned marketsDevelop a deep understanding of client businesses, workforce challenges, and hiring needs to deliver consultative staffing solutionsManage the full order-to-fill and client fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery of qualified contract and permanent candidatesOwn contract management responsibilities, including pricing, margin management, negotiations, and compliance with company and industry standardsPartner closely with recruitment teams to align candidate sourcing strategies with client expectations and service commitmentsDeliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent follow-throughSuccessful candidates will have :
Experience in business development, account management, or sales within a staffing agency or professional services environmentDemonstrated success selling or supporting engineering and technical staffing solutions, including contract and permanent placementsStrong understanding of engineering and technical labour markets, role requirements, and the client demands that drive hiring decisionsConfidence engaging with technical leaders and decision-makers to assess needs, present solutions, and win new businessAbility to partner closely with recruitment teams to deliver qualified engineering and technical talent against client expectationsHigh accountability, persistence, and drive, with the resilience to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
