The Opportunity

To support our continued growth, we have opened a new office in Courtenay, BC, and we are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to help with Newcastle’s local workload. This is an exceptional opportunity for an intermediate to senior level engineer ready to take the next step in their career, looking to grow upon their technical excellence and begin to move into leadership and mentorship.

You will be the driving force behind our Courtenay operations, organizing engineering projects from start to finish. You will coordinate staff resources to perform design work according to established guidelines and standards, manage clients and project stakeholders, and serve as Engineer of Record on projects within your expertise.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay : $95,000 to $150,000 annually with bonus potential, a comprehensive group benefits program, including an employer-funded group RRSP, four weeks vacation and additional personal time off that we call “Newcastle Days”.
