Job descriptionAssistance with personal care and hygiene Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Accompany clients on outings Shopping and errands Medication Assist / Reminders Ambulation and transporting of clients Provide companionship to clients Ability to follow care plan Documentation / Charting Healthcare Aide / Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student). Current CPR / First Aid training or willingness to obtain Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Driver's license and own transportation required Access to Internet / mobile phone Criminal Record Check (recent within 1 year) Ability to speak, read and write English fluently Class 5 License
