Responsibilities
- Provide on-premise OpenText Content Server and associated modules support : Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems.
- Monitors system to ensure OpenText Content Server solution is operating as expected. Makes adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Gather requirements and work with an OpenText partner to conduct a system health check to develop solutions to system related pain points.
- Development of custom applications and interfaces utilizing OpenText APIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience working with the OpenText Content Server in an on-premise environment.
- Knowledge and experience work with OpenText Directory Services (OTDS).
- Experience in maintaining and upgrading OpenText Content Server software, including planning, execution, and testing.
In addition, this position requires the ability to :
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal contacts.
- Provide advice and assistance on matters related to the work.
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision, although direction will be given.
