JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and drive product innovation and growth. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of customer needs and market trends to identify product gaps, generate new ideas, and guide strategic growth initiatives. You will be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and production teams. YOU ARE

Customer-Centric : You deeply understand customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to enhance market share, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Product Evangelism : Act as a product advocate to raise awareness and understanding among customers, end users, sales teams, and customer service.

Sales Strategy Developer : Analyze user needs and market data to create effective sales strategies, define product objectives, and support marketing communication plans.

Cross-functional Collaborator : Collaborate closely with sales, design, production, and sourcing teams to develop and launch innovative products while maintaining profitability.

Strategic Market Planner : You develop and execute long-term strategic plans for product categories, incorporating customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to drive growth.

Team Leader and Developer : You lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing direction and guidance to ensure seamless product development, sales alignment, and operational execution.

An Effective Communicator : You create and deliver clear and impactful presentations to internal teams, sales, and external partners to communicate product vision, performance, and strategy.

Problem Solver : You proactively identify potential risks within product development or market execution and address issues swiftly to avoid delays or negative impact on profitability.
