A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OPERATIONS MANAGER - COMPLEX CLAIMS

As an Operations Manager, your day is dynamic and pivotal in ensuring the success of our restoration projects. You start by coordinating schedules and deploying our Site Supervisor team to various complex claims projects, collaborating closely with Project Managers and local branches to align with project goals and client expectations.

Your leadership is evident as you mentor and manage the team, fostering high engagement and adherence to company values.

Additionally, you contribute to profitability by implementing innovative approaches to service delivery and optimizing resource allocation.

Your meticulous oversight ensures adherence to safety protocols and quality standards, driving operational excellence and achievement of company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction or restoration, demonstrating a strong foundation in the industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and a deep commitment to operational excellence.
  • Extensive operational management experience and a deep understanding of industry best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong grasp of emergency and reconstruction practices for property damage is highly valuable.
  • Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness and ability to travel across assigned regions of Canada, including extended periods away from home for CAT / Large Loss work.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with demanding deadlines and customer service requirements, ensuring resilience and effectiveness in challenging situations.
