Gymnastics / Acro Instructor – Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Gymnastics / Acro Instructor to join our team!

The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical training, a fun and positive attitude, and a love for working with children aged 3 to 12. You’ll lead structured, skill-building classes in a safe and encouraging environment while helping each student grow in strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Instruct weekly gymnastics / acrobatics classes using age-appropriate techniques
• Create lesson plans focused on strength, flexibility, coordination, and skill progression
• Foster a fun, inclusive, and safe class atmosphere
• Provide hands-on spotting and corrections with a strong emphasis on safety
• Take down and set up the dance / gym room before and after each class, including mats and equipment
• Prepare students for seasonal showcases or performances (if applicable)
• Communicate professionally with families and Bright Studios staff
• Maintain a clean, organized teaching space
