Job Title : Sales and Service Supervisor

Some of what you will do in this role includes :
- Oversee the daily operation of the business unit and organization during the President’s absence
- Act as a hands-on leader developing, coaching and mentoring staff
- Engage in key or targeted customer activities and generate sales opportunities
- Work with the Inventory Manager to ensure best pricing & purchasing efficiency
- Assist Service Technicians and Dispatch to ensure efficiencies are realized in job planning and execution
- Ensure excellent customer service and help with customer-related issues
