Join Our Team as an Environmental Manager

Blue Lagoon Resources is seeking an experienced and proactive Environmental Manager to oversee environmental compliance at our Dome Mountain Mine — a small-scale underground gold operation recently permitted to restart mining.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance in the resource sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance for all mining activities
• Conduct sampling programs and environmental monitoring
• Manage and train environmental staff and contractors
• Develop and update Environmental and Construction Management Plans
• Oversee reclamation planning, reporting, and execution
• Support engagement with regulators, First Nations, and stakeholders
• Assist with water treatment operations and emergency response readiness
