About the Role

Workday is looking for a Solution Consultant to join our Canadian Solution Consultant team.

If you are a Solution Consultant professional with deep public services experience demonstrating Human Capital Management, an experienced HCM practitioner at a public services organization, or have experience implementing HCM solutions in the public services industry, this is your chance to demonstrate the value of next generation SaaS HCM solution to Workday prospects and customers.

As an HCM Solution Consultant, you will lead discovery workshops with prospective customers to uncover pain-points and business problems. You will provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Workday HCM. You will conduct executive-level presentations and provide trusted advice and guidance as an industry HCM subject matter expert. As part of the extended sales team, you will also assist in responding to RFPs, participate in Workday events such as webinars & customer forums and you will attend and support industry conferences & trade-shows.

As a Workday HCM Solution Consultant, you will use your in-depth product knowledge to provide ERP expertise to the sales team and the customers.

Solution Consultants are involved throughout the sales cycle from initial qualification, discovery through tailored product demonstrations, deep dives and executive level presentations. You will act as a trusted adviser to prospects and customers and provide consultation on product capability and value.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions de consultant ou de consultante en solutions de gestion du capital humain, vous dirigerez des ateliers exploratoires avec la clientèle potentielle afin de cerner les points faibles et les problèmes de l’entreprise. Grâce à votre expertise, vous offrirez une vue d’ensemble et des démonstrations détaillées des produits tout en soulignant la valeur incomparable de Workday HCM. Vous effectuerez des présentations à la direction et fournirez des avis et des conseils fiables en tant qu’expert ou experte technique de la gestion du capital humain dans le secteur visé. À titre de membre de l’équipe des ventes élargie, vous aiderez également à répondre aux appels d’offres, vous participerez aux événements Workday, tels que les webinaires et les forums destinés à la clientèle, et vous assisterez aux conférences et aux salons professionnels.

À titre de consultant ou de consultante en solutions Workday HCM, vous utiliserez vos connaissances approfondies des produits pour fournir une expertise ERP à l’équipe des ventes et à la clientèle.

Les consultants et les consultantes en solutions participent à l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de la qualification initiale à la phase exploratoire, en passant par des démonstrations de produits sur mesure et des présentations détaillées, y compris à l’équipe de direction. Vous agirez en tant que conseiller ou conseillère de confiance auprès de la clientèle potentielle et existante, et la conseillerez sur les fonctionnalités et la valeur des produits.

Responsibilities include:

  • The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.

  • To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.

  • To contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria and sales cycle closure plans.

  • Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.

  • To assist sales in the response to RFIs& RFPS

  • Ability to travel 50%

Responsabilités :

●Contribuer à la qualification de clients potentiels, à l’élaboration des critères de démonstration proposés et aux plans nécessaires à la conclusion du cycle de vente.

● Soutenir tous les objectifs en matière de ventes, de marketing et de canaux ainsi que tous les objectifs techniques.

● Aider l’équipe des ventes à répondre aux demandes d’information et aux demandes de propositions.

●Pouvoir être en déplacement jusqu’à 50 % du temps.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of years of extensive human resource domain expertise,preferably in Public Sector or not-for-profit Industry

  • 3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management applications (e.g. ADP, Dayforce, UKG, Kronos, SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)

  • Must understand business needs & operations in a public services setting; direct experience of core public services industry challenges & opportunities.

  • Experience of valued based selling

  • A self starter with a desire to learn and grow.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects individually as well as being part of different teams.

  • Ability to enthusiastically communicate Workday’s unique value and to demonstrate HCM solutions in a public services setting.

  • Unrivaled professional presentation, communication, and decision-maker influencing skills; expert knowledge of Human Capital Management software

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, AND/OR equivalent work experience
