Building Superintendent

They are looking to add an experienced Superintendent to lead a multi-family woodframe project in Calgary.

The Role:

As Superintendent, you'll be responsible for full site execution, including:

• Overseeing day-to-day construction activities

• Managing trades and site safety

• Driving schedule and quality control

• Coordinating with project managers and consultants

• Ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on woodframe multi-family projects

• Strong understanding of sequencing and scheduling

• Proven ability to manage trades and maintain site productivity

• Solid knowledge of Alberta building codes and safety standards

• Natural leadership and communication skills
