Job Summary

We arelooking for a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to join the DigitalImplementation Division within our Digital Finance Department.

Digital Finance is responsible for the coordination development andmanagement of information systems used in financial accountingtreasury financial planning & forecasting performancemanagement and the entire suite of digital solutions for theFinance Business line.

The systems cover all the business cycleswithin Finance & Accounting in SAP; such as Record to ReportOrder to Cash Procure to Pay Build to Dispose Plan to Results andHire to Retire.

The main digital solutions used in supporting thevarious business cycles beyond the standard SAP applications areRobotic Process Automation (RPA) and Advanced Analyticstechnologies including SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAPAnalytics Cloud (SAC).

The department personnel aremultidisciplinary professionals with key focus on FinancialApplications functional experience and IT technical background.

Digital Finance Department is also coordinating and leading theFinance digital transformation program to accelerate the digitaltransformation through businessled workstreams to enhance majorprocesses that align with the Finance objectives such as strategymanagement and execution financial planning analysis andperformance management global affiliates governance among othersand prepare the Finance workforce for the digital era.

The seniorbusiness systems analyst primary role is to identify businessopportunities gather business requirements and translate them tosystems specifications drive business transformation developprocess maps support and maintain relevant applications as assignedby management build and maintain business relationships with theuser community IT Corporate Digital organization and Financemanagement.

Responsibilities :

• Work with different Finance users to assist inthe transformation of their business areas.
• Conduct process assessments and develop processmaps.
• Identify business opportunities anddevise new ways to improve business processes.
• Lead the delivery and execution of key Financetransformation projects.
• Participate in thedevelopment of solutions through projects and programscollaborating with business and technology groups.
• Design solution architecture and data models to meetcomplex user requirements.
• Develop financialapplications using technical knowledge and experience adhering tostrict timelines.
• Perform root cause analysisand provide findings and recommendations for systemactivities.
• Prepare procedural and operationalmanuals for internal support and user guidance.
• Maintain support and optimize digitalsolutions.
• Train mentor and provide support toyoung talents.
• Perform other related staff andanalytical duties as assigned.
• Develop andexecute solutions for new processes and analyze evaluate andsupport current systems.
• Assist in the designdevelopment integration and launch of digital solutions to supportcore business functions.
• Proactively identifyand provide solutions for problems and issues related to digitaldeployments.
• Investigate and resolve systemsissues to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and manage digital solutions.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Hold a Bachelors degreein Computer Science Computer Engineering IT MIS or a relateddiscipline.
• Possess relevant SAP professionalcertification (e.g. FI CO ABAP BPC BW).
• Preference given to candidates with an advanced businessdegree (e.g. MBA).
• Have 10 years of experiencein SAP with exposure to Finance and familiarity with digitalsolutions such as RPA and Advanced Analytics.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Accounting andFinance.
• Experience in multiple SAPimplementation cycles and support of the Finance area.
• Proficient in SAP BPC and BW.
• Highlydesirable to have knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) andRobotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Excellentcommand of oral and written English with strong interpersonalskills.
