Project Coordinator

MatchBox Consulting Group is looking for a Project Coordinator in Edmonton, AB. Based in Alberta, our client is a dynamic construction firm offering a full spectrum of services, including general construction, design-build, and construction management.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating ICI construction projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support the Project Manager in communicating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related role in the ICI construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
