Hourly Wages : Level 2 : $22.50

Level 3 : $25.50

Level 4 : $29.00

Level Bonuses : Cash rewards for every level you complete, plus a Red Seal bonus when you crush your certification!

Salary Top-Up Plan : Heading to the classroom? No worries, we’ll top up a percentage of your wage while you’re off training, so you can focus on learning, not losing income.

What You’ll Be Doing :

From day one, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with :

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems (brakes, steering, suspension, drivability issues - you name it).
• Performing routine and advanced maintenance tasks.
• Working efficiently and independently in the shop.
• Keeping repair documentation neat, accurate, and up to date.
• Teaming up with seasoned techs to sharpen your skills.
