- Intimate familiarity with construction or Hotels, Commercial & restaurants projects, as well as from ground up construction of same
- Manage Multiple projects at once
- Also, someone who can bring additional business in from old clients
- Project Manager
- Intimate familiarity with construction of tenant improvement of commercial and residential projects, as well as from ground up construction of same
- Extremely detail oriented with the ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Understands all roles from a PM perspective
