Sr Water/Wastewater Engineer
Our client is hiring a Sr. Water / Wastewater Engineer to join their team in either Sudbury / Ottawa / Kingston / Guelph .
The primary responsibility will be to manage and execute environmental projects from concept through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with other engineers and technologists as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team.
- Managing and executing environmental projects from concept through to completion, including contract administration, commissioning, and closeout.
- Applying fundamentals and engineering tools to design a wide variety of environmental projects including water, wastewater, pumping stations, water storage, reservoirs, water treatment plants, and other multidisciplinary projects.
- Mentoring designers and EITs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in waster / wastewater engineering
- Experience working with municipal entities
- mandatory (Bachelors in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering)
- Passion for mentorship and desire to move into leadership role
- Must live in the Sudbury / Ottawa / Kingston / Guelph areas to work hybrid (3 days on-site)
