On behalf of our Client, TEEMA is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst who has a strong background working on ServiceNow projects.
Overview :
The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in defining, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements to support the implementation of ServiceNow. The focus will include core ITSM and ITAM modules such as Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Hardware asset management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM) and Service Catalog.
This role involves working closely with technical teams, the ServiceNow implementation partner, and business stakeholders across the organizations and its operating companies. The analyst will ensure that the solution design aligns with the companies business processes, IT service management standards, and long-term support strategy.
In addition to requirements gathering and process analysis, the position will contribute to testing, training, and change management activities, ensuring a successful transition from Cherwell to ServiceNow and full adoption across the organization.
What you have :
- 7+ years of business analysis experience in IT environments, including at least 3 years focused on ITSM-related initiatives.
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platform implementation projects is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and CMDB.
- ServiceNow implementation experience or ServiceNow micro-certifications (e.g., ITSM, Flow Designer, Reporting, or Platform Fundamentals) are considered a strong asset.
- Experience in software or system replacement projects within complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Waterfall project delivery; experience with Agile methods is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree with formal business analyst training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews.
- Demonstrated success translating business requirements into clear, testable system specifications.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Confluence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment while maintaining a structured and methodical approach.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) is a plus but not a mandatory requirement.
