Security - Emergency Dispatcher

Overview : 17.50 / hour

Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years.

• Receive and dispatch emergency calls by telephone and radio.
• Receive internal / external telephone calls.
• Transfer information to the appropriate person in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
• Ensure appropriate documentation of multi-dispatch calls.

Qualifications :

You!

Individuals enrolled or a graduate of an Emergency Telecommunications / 911 communications program or equivalent experience.

Prior experience with multi-line phone systems (an asset).

People who love helping guests and employees.

Someone who is cheerful and courteous.

Individuals with a passion and excitement about Canada’s Wonderland.

Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
