Job descriptionCash management and payment processing Bank statement registration and reconciliation Monthly cash flow estimation ITB banking responsibilities Sales invoicing and project reconciliation Monthly review and update of project estimates and cash flows Support to Project Managers Tax-related tasks and compliance Liaison with local stakeholders (e.g., payroll providers, CPA) Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and project accounting Bachelor’s degree in accounting Strong understanding of accounting regulations and statutory reporting Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 FO is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Fluent in English and French (written and oral) Organized, quality-oriented, and deadline-driven Strong communication and teamwork skills Independent, proactive, and open-minded Comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Controller to join our finance team in Quebec. This role is central to ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting project management, and maintaining compliance with Canadian statutory requirements. You will work closely with both local and global stakeholders to support the financial health and operational efficiency of our Canadian entity.
