MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking an IT Systems Administrator for a permanent role with a client of ours located in Toronto.
This is an on-site position 5 days per week in Downtown Toronto in the Financial District.
Base Salary : $75k to $85K
IT Systems Administrator
Responsibilities :
- Provide front-line help desk support to lawyers and secretaries.
- Basic MS Teams for phone support
- Basic understanding of IT security, incident response and investigation
- Support Office 365 Suite
- Mobile phone support
- IT Equipment Asset management
- Meeting room support (A / V)
- Develop deep understanding of Aderant, and how the firm uses the system
- Understand workflow in the firm’s business systems and identify potential for optimizations
Requirements :
- Ability to effectively prioritize many tasks with changing priorities
- Advanced day to day technical support ability
- 2 years+ experience with Office365
- 5 years+ experience with Windows
- 2 years+ experience with Active Directory
- Experience with SQL server (Basic Administration, basic queries)
- Ability to understand and assess user workflows
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
Nice to have :
- Understanding of Multi vlan networks
- Advanced SQL Server knowledge
- MS Teams telephony admin
- Programming / Powershell skills
- Experience with Splunk or Darktrace
