The Opportunity

This is a senior sales leadership role for a builder with bite — someone who knows how to take a great team and scale it with systems, structure, and consistency.

You’ll lead our Residential, Commercial, and Contract divisions, supported by strong marketing and operations teams that deliver what they promise.

You’ll have the trust, tools, and runway to focus on what matters most : people, performance, and growth.

Your mission : build the next version of Canadoor’s sales engine — smarter, sharper, and ready for sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Build scalable systems for forecasting, accountability, and performance
• Drive profitable growth while protecting margin and culture
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to improve conversion and ticket size
• Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales professionals
• Contribute as a key member of the Leadership Team, shaping Canadoor’s growth strategy

Total Earning Potential : $150,000–$175,000 On-Target Earnings (up to $190,000 with incentives)
