ECI Millbrook is looking for a hands-on Service Manager who enjoys leading people and making things run smoothly. In this role, you will be the go-to person for keeping the service department on track by supporting your team, solving problems as they come up, and making sure customers leave feeling taken care of. You will help set the tone each day and build a service experience people can rely on. If you are someone who takes pride in a strong team, steady processes, and doing right by customers, we would love to have you lead the way.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals.
• Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and service excellence.
• Oversee repair procedures and uphold standards.
• Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics.
• Manage shop tools, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency.
• Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
• Monitor productivity and performance to ensure department goals are met.
• Deliver timely, outstanding customer service and support.
• Foster a customer-first culture through coaching and mentorship.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 3+ years of automotive experience, ideally in the service department.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Highly organized, hardworking, and self-driven.
• Strong time management abilities to oversee our service operations.
• Prior leadership experience is a strong asset.
