ECI Millbrook is looking for a hands-on Service Manager who enjoys leading people and making things run smoothly. In this role, you will be the go-to person for keeping the service department on track by supporting your team, solving problems as they come up, and making sure customers leave feeling taken care of. You will help set the tone each day and build a service experience people can rely on. What You Will Be Doing :

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals.

• Oversee repair procedures and uphold standards.
• Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics.
