Insurance Administrative Associate

Our client in Thornhill is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. This is hybrid role.

What's in it for you?

$20-$23 an hour
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm / (am to 5pm

What will you be doing?

Setting up meetings and agenda

Assist in management agent licensing

Cross department communications

Invoice processing

Swags coordination

Service requests

Work remotely

Digital portals

Good knowledge of MS Office Suite

Strong attention to detail

Well organized

Professional, pleasant, and euthanistic

Strong verbal and written communication

Hybrid role - able to work at home in a distracted free area but able to come into our Head Office (Thornhill) if needed

Must adhere to company's vaccination and backcheck policy
