Oversees small line of business level Program Finance discipline, including policy, process, tools, and training. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate budgeting activities and the implementation of the organization's budget policies and guidelines. Monitor actual performance against estimates and prepare annual and interim budgets. Coordinate budget appropriations and respond to exception requests for funds. Monitor and analyze performance against budgets. Implement and support tools and reporting used for planning, forecasting, monitoring, and decision support.
Qualifications
Typically, a Bachelor Degree in Accounting (or equivalent) and 5+ years of related experience with 1+ years leadership experience. Master Degree preferred.
