Impact Radio Accessories is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our high-performance team.
We're a fast-growing leader in two-way radio accessories, powering iconic brands like Walmart, The GAP, Lowe's, and events like the Super Bowl and Grammy's.

As our Sales Manager (In Office), you will :
- Drive revenue growth : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to double our revenue within five years.
- Build a high-performing team : Recruit, develop, and coach a world-class sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Expand market share : Leverage your expertise in channel account management and e-commerce to penetrate new markets.
- Foster a culture of excellence : Create a high-energy sales environment focused on continuous improvement and achievement.
- Improve the sales process, reporting and CRM usage : The HubSpot CRM is our backbone and you will need to be able to use this at the highest level to hold the team to account and use advanced automation to push deals in the pipeline.
We're looking for a strong player-coach with :
- 5+ years of sales management experience in the communications equipment or related industry.
- A proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities to develop and mentor sales talent.
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision making.
- Experience with channel sales, e-commerce, and CRM systems
- Someone who loves living in Kelowna / Interior and being part of an in-office team!
