The Developer Productivity organization accelerates how software gets built, tested, and shipped at affirm. We make it possible for engineers to move quickly and confidently, protecting customers with the right guardrails while freeing teams to focus on building great products. As the Senior Manager for Developer Productivity (CI / CD & Release), you will lead teams responsible for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and release management across the engineering ecosystem. You will drive measurable improvements in cycle time, reliability, and safety. Building systems and practices that make releasing software fast, safe, and scalable.

Employees new to affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. The company focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job‑related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by the parent company.
Base pay range per year : $206,000 - $256,000
Location : Remote - CAN
