Summary / Résumé
The Workforce Software Consultant supports the configuration, integration, and optimization of enterprise Time & Attendance and Scheduling solutions, working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and operations teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities / Responsabilités
• Configure and maintain Workforce Software tools for time tracking and scheduling
• Define pay rules, overtime, shifts, accruals, breaks, and union rules
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Build and support integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, and related systems
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for labour metrics and audit readiness
• Design and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing
• Resolve configuration, data, and integration issues
• Provide ongoing production support and system enhancements
• Maintain documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to HR, Payroll, and site teams
• Identify process improvements and recommend system optimizations

Requirements / Profil recherché
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workforce Software
• Strong experience in configuration, integrations, and reporting
• Solid understanding of workforce management processes and labour compliance
• Experience delivering system changes through full implementation cycles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams
