Regional Nurse Manager
Leadership plays a pivotal role in ensuring excellent patient care, mentoring healthcare teams, and fostering inspiration.
Offering coordination, supervision, and guidance to Community Support Workers in the field.
Developing and managing effective Care Plans for Community Health Services, either independently or in partnership with Home and Community Care Support Services
Staying updated on policies outlined in the Regulated Health Professions Act and best practices in Community Health Services while monitoring employee performance.
Advocating for and promoting Community Health Services, maintaining positive relations with the public.
Providing active guidance on workplace Health and Safety.
Fulfilling other duties as necessary.
What you must have :
Holds a Registered Nurse (RN) degree
Possesses 3-5 years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and experience
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Proficient in computer skills, including email, word processing, and work scheduling systems
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of case management skills, nursing processes, and practices
Requires a vehicle for regular travel
Leadership and people management abilities are advantageous
Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with French language skills considered an asset
Must pass a Clear Background and Vulnerable Sector Check
Participation in the Branch Manager On-Call rotation, including evenings and weekends, is required.
Salary / Rate Range : $75,000 - $94,000
