Role Overview :

As a Home Comfort Advisor, you’ll engage with leads provided by the company and help homeowners find the best heating, cooling, and energy-efficient solutions. Your role will include promoting heat pumps, explaining government rebate programs, and delivering tailored recommendations to improve customers’ comfort and reduce energy costs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to pre-qualified leads to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC, heat pump, and energy-efficient systems.
• Educate customers on heat pump technology and available rebates, maximizing energy savings.
• Provide personalized quotes and close sales effectively, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge, particularly related to heat pumps and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams for successful project delivery.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
