Working hours : Fulltime (8.30am 5.30pm Monday toFriday)

Location : CentralLondon

Mainpurpose : The primary purpose of this role is to manageand continue to develop a profitable book of existing clients.

Ourclient are recruiting on both their corporate and their privatedesks and in some circumstances operate a hybrid desk.

FintechRec.co.uk are seeking out top Dealing talent from withinPayments and FX.

Keyresponsibilities : The key responsibilities for this roleinclude but are not limited to thefollowing :

Proactivelymanage a book of corporate & privateclients

Attend regularmeetings with clients and perspectiveclients

Work with theUK Sales team to onboard perspectiveclients

Consistentlymeet and exceed revenuetargets

Maintain clientrelationships and retain business through active outbound calls andrelevant marketupdates

Accuratelyquote and confirm Spot and Forward FXtransactions

Identify andpromote suitable FX hedging strategies to corporate or privateclients

Set and manageclient marginseffectively

Perform ongoingportfolio analysis on existing clients to ensure optimal revenuegeneration

Adhere toAML / Compliance obligations at alltimes

Undertake anyother duties which are commensurate with this role as and whenrequired

Requirements

FXDealer (UK) Person SpecificationRequirements

Experience / Knowledge Previous front office experience in a dealingrole

Knowledge of FXrisk events and prevailing financial market conditions

Previousexperience of working as part of ateam

Salary 75000 to 100000

Skills and Experience : Previousexperience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales. Strong pricing andstructuring capabilities.

Good knowledge of FX derivatives.Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. Excellent communicationskills, foreign languages a plus.

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Experience working in a regulated environmentand knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associatedwith this.
