Job Summary

The Fleet Manager is a critical logistical role essential to Birds success in Penticton. You will take responsibility for all elements of the local fleet of e-scooters and e-bikes ensuring they are charged safe and positioned correctly to meet the communitys transportation needs.

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals or logistics businesses ready to hit the ground running. Whether you are a solo operator with a single van or a fleet owner capable of deploying multiple drivers you can scale this partnership to fit your capacity.

This is a revenue-share opportunity where earnings are directly tied to output. Based on a fleet volume of approximately 300 vehicles daily this role offers an earning potential of $1500 per week with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on your speed and performance.

Important Details About the Role :

• This is an independent contractor position not an employee role.
• You are responsible for your own tools equipment and any associated expenses required to complete your work.
• As an independent contractor you manage your own schedule and workload to meet the operational needs of the market.
