What You'll Do : As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be the linchpin of client satisfaction and retention. Your days will be a blend of strategizing, problem-solving, and client liaison magic.

  • Lead the charge in renewal strategy sessions, both in-house and with our valued clients.
  • Be the face of our company in external client meetings, exuding professionalism and expertise.
  • Keep the wheels turning by promptly responding to client inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure all client documentation is shipshape and delivered with ninja-like efficiency.
  • Masterfully navigate spreadsheets and paperwork to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Act as the vital link between our team and the dynamic world of insurance marketing.
  • Provide invaluable coverage advice to clients, guiding them through the labyrinth of policies.
  • Champion additional coverage options to clients, ensuring they're fully protected.
  • Keep a watchful eye on financial matters, from premium contracts to accounts receivables.
  • Embrace continuous learning and stay sharp with ongoing education credits.

Who You Are : You're not just any Senior Account Manager; you're a seasoned pro with a flair for Commercial Lines, and perhaps a background in construction (this is not mandatory).

Your toolkit includes :

  • 5+ years of rock-solid experience in Commercial Lines roles.
  • Level 2 insurance License.
  • A self-starter mentality, paired with organizational wizardry and an eagle-eyed attention to detail.
  • A knack for negotiation and strong communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy prowess, and extra points if you have experience with EPIC.
  • A team player spirit that thrives in collaborative environments.
