Planning and Reliability AME (Person Responsible for Engine Reliability Program)

The Maintenance Planning Coordinator is responsible for strategic maintenance planning scheduling forecasting and assisting in coordinating all maintenance on the KBA aircraft fleet to ensure regulatory / manufacturer compliance contract requirements efficient use of manpower and to provide operational readiness. This position will work closely with production line and production heavy managers in scheduling and creating work packages to support daily flight operations and heavy maintenance to deliver a clear achievable maintenance schedule. Provide weekly updates to management and flight operation on maintenance schedules and timelines.

Major Responsibilities of the Role :

• Plan and coordinate with Production Heavy and Line Managers to schedule maintenance events including routine inspections ADs and SBs paint modifications and component replacements which will include;

Providing weekly status reports of upcoming maintenance

Monitor next due calibration tool forecast reports

Ensuring required parts tooling and technical data are available prior to starting maintenance
