Position Overview
CFASA is seeking a full-time, contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting children, teens, and their families by designing, implementing, and monitoring neurodiversity-affirming programs. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will promote strengths-based approaches, prioritize motivation and assent, and empower families to achieve their goals.
This is a full-time contract position (1.0 FTE / 35 hours per week), scheduled Monday to Friday between 8 : 30 a.m. and 6 : 30 p.m., with flexibility in scheduling within those hours. Hybrid service delivery (in-person and virtual) and opportunities to bank time may be available based on program needs. This role is based in Calgary, AB, and requires reliable transportation .
