Job Description
Deliverables :
- Responsible for chairing all monthly client engagement calls for each cluster, as well as collecting and analyzing OS deployment data to produce meaningful collateral for these calls.
- Producing collateral for internal / external Governance calls, including chairing the meetings.
- Provide status updates, risks and issues to ITOD / DCO / Client stakeholders, including but not limited to management, senior management, directors, cluster partners, etc.
- Assist DCO financial teams in producing updated software support cost projections, cluster costs and developing new cost models as products enter extended support or when publishers change their costs models.
- Lead the data analysis and cluster engagement for all in fiscal year ESU / ELS programs to maximize reduction of technical debt.
Key Responsibilities :
Making further enhancements to the SRP client experience by creating enhanced data driven reporting, communications material, processes and helping clients identify paths forward to best reduce their software support costs.Lead remediation activities for Windows Server 2016 devices to limit ESU costs as much as possible before ESU Year 1 starts in January of 2027.Lead the coordination of SQL 2014 / 2016 ESU work, including getting as many clients off SQL 2016 as possible to avoid ESU charges for year 1 starting in July of 2026.Assist with sunsetting activities.Co-ordinate the development of the lifecycle health view for Software.Forecasting support and technical debt costs.Tracking and reporting on KPIs.Stakeholder engagement and management, including process improvements.Documentation of all SRP operational processes and key cluster / stakeholder contacts.Requirements

Strategic Planning & Delivery Experience - 30%

10+ years of strategic planning and delivery experience.Demonstrated technology lifecycle planning skills (e.g. Operating Systems including but not limited to Windows, RHEL, MS SQL server).Demonstrated experience with technical debt identification and prioritization.Demonstrated experience aligning technology strategy with business and risk objectives.Demonstrated knowledge of delivery oversight in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Demonstrated knowledge of governance, standards, and roadmap development.Project Management Skills, translating business requirements into reporting needs - 20%
