Shift : 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM

Are you a motivated leader with a strong background in manufacturing processes? We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee operations, mentor team members, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the production floor.

🔍 About the Role : As Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to meet organizational goals, collaborate across departments, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory and staffing levels align with demand while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

🛠 Essential Duties & Tasks :

• Mentor, coach, and oversee team performance to meet safety, operational, and quality standards
• Contribute to setting goals and metrics aligned with organizational strategy
• Administer policies and procedures, recommending changes when needed
• Collaborate with Quality, Safety, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Maintenance, and Product Development teams
• Identify needs, solve problems, and report effectively on issues
• Support inventory and staffing management to meet production demand
• Perform other duties as assigned
