And we develop commercial solutions for government that protect the public interest and maximize the value of provincial investments.

As part of this work, IO’s Infrastructure Lending business line has helped support the renewal of public sector infrastructure by delivering affordable long-term loans to eligible public sector clients.

These loans have been used to revitalize roads and bridges, build new recreation centres and affordable housing units, and purchase equipment like fire trucks and energy-efficient streetlights.

The Corporate Legal group, a branch of IO’s Legal Services team, provides strategic direction and legal support to IO’s Infrastructure Lending team.
