Overview

Job Description Reporting to the Vice President, LTC Operations, the Director, Clinical Training and Simulation is a clinical education leader that will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of our training agenda and simulation lab programming. This pivotal role supports clinical excellence and staff development across our long-term care operations. We are seeking a Master’s-prepared Registered Nurse with a solid foundation in adult education and a passion for hands-on, experiential learning.
