Responsibilities :
- Lead project and development teams in business needs identification, design, and deployment of HR Payroll and related systems.
- Plan, organize, and execute system upgrades and releases.
- Serve as the main contact for People and Culture and Payroll business teams.
- Provide advisory services for technology-enabled business changes.
- Assist in strategic planning and budget oversight for new technologies.
- Guide staff with technical advice, direction, and coaching.
- Maintain reports and represent the department in various external and internal meetings.
Qualifications :
- Master’s in computer science, business, or related discipline, with extensive project management or supervisory experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- 5+ years experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time modules, specifically for Canadian Payroll and Benefits.
- Knowledge of of other Enterprise HCM solutions is an asset.
- Experience leading & mentoring Business Analysts and 3rd party contractors
- Strong skills in project management, change management, and business process alignment with technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and supervise teams.
Compensation Range : $122,626 $144,266
