Responsibilities
- Drive operational and sales excellence—model and nurture a customer‑centred sales culture, oversee brand standards, implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead by example; motivate and empower the team, execute day‑to‑day floor leadership duties, and make confident decisions.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision that promotes a customer‑first mentality throughout the store team.
- Achieve business and financial targets by monitoring budgets, analyzing reports and making informed decisions.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, partner with customers for B2B solutions, and drive sales conversion.
- Manage scheduling, coach and develop talent, recruit top talent, and nurture employee engagement in a development‑focused environment.
- Disseminate business communications, initiatives, and results, acting as a change leader to ensure transparency.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, Privacy, and company policies.
Qualifications
3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably as a General Manager.Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets with a customer‑centered approach.Strong prioritisation, organisation and multi‑tasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—leaders who inspire through communication.Experience coaching, developing talent and managing teams.Benefits
