Brake Press Operator

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate Amada CNC brake press machines to bend form and shape sheet metal.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings blueprints and work orders.
• Select install and adjust proper tooling dies and machine settings.
• Conduct first-article inspections and verify part dimensions using calipers gauges and other precision measuring tools.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency throughout production runs.
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances and minimize scrap.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of brake press equipment.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with engineers supervisors and quality control to resolve production issues.
