Job Title: Solutions Designer - CRM

Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week in Guelph office
Introduction
Join our dynamic team as a Solutions Designer focusing on CRM systems. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions to meet our clients' business requirements. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining both onsite and remote work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of Salesforce development experience in Public Sector Foundation and Sales Cloud
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience building Salesforce solutions based on user stories and low-level designs
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, data loaders, SOQL, SOSL, and web services
- Experience with deployment tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, etc.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design hosting technology solutions based on client service specifications and best practices
- Develop end-to-end features across Salesforce, Mulesoft, and other services
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during the use and operation of software packages
- Conduct design walkthrough sessions with the project team
- Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
