Job Title: Solutions Designer - CRM
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week in Guelph office
Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Solutions Designer focusing on CRM systems. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions to meet our clients' business requirements. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining both onsite and remote work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of Salesforce development experience in Public Sector Foundation and Sales Cloud
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience building Salesforce solutions based on user stories and low-level designs
• Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, data loaders, SOQL, SOSL, and web services
• Experience with deployment tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, etc.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design hosting technology solutions based on client service specifications and best practices
• Develop end-to-end features across Salesforce, Mulesoft, and other services
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during the use and operation of software packages
• Conduct design walkthrough sessions with the project team
• Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
