Electrical / Electromechanical Project Engineer
Full Time | On Site | Northwest GTA

We are a growing manufacturer in the electrical equipment space adding a Project Engineer to the team. This is a hands-on role with real influence, real complexity, and real growth potential. You will work on products used across residential, commercial, industrial, and utility environments. You will be part of a tight technical group where your ideas get implemented, not buried.
If you want a place where you can drive projects from concept to reality without layers of red tape, this team delivers exactly that.
This role requires strong electrical engineering experience and at least 5+ years working with electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. Not suitable for new grads, interns, or junior engineers (sorry).

What you will work on...
Turning concepts into SolidWorks designs and practical solutionsSupporting prototypes, testing, and product improvementsBuilding BOMs and supporting work orders in ERPCoordinating with Manufacturing, Quality, Design, Procurement, and RegulatoryManaging revisions, documentation, and project communicationGenerating initial BOMs and WOs in SYSPROSupporting regulatory test sample planning and external certifications (CSA / UL)Identifying project risks early and driving corrective actionsPresenting project updates to internal stakeholdersOnly candidates with hands-on electrical system design, panel wiring, or electromechanical integration experience will be consideredWhat you bring :
5+ years industry experience in manufacturing environmentsElectrical Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical only considered with proven electrical integration experience)Hands-on experience with electrical systems : wiring, schematics, panel work, or electromechanical integrationExperience with CSA / UL standards or regulatory testingSolid background in CAD (SolidWorks) and engineering documentationAbility to manage full project cycles in a fast-paced production settingEligibility toward P.Eng considered an assetWhat we offer...
