Your Role:
As a caregiver, you'll create meaningful moments by:

• Spreading Warmth and Companionship: Spend quality time with seniors, fostering friendships and engaging them in conversations and activities that keep their spirits high.
  
• Promoting Independence: Assist with personal care tasks like grooming, showering, and dressing, ensuring seniors feel confident and cared for.
  
• Keeping Things Sparkling: Help with light housekeeping, including dishes, laundry, and tidying, to maintain a cozy and welcoming home.
  
• Whipping Up Happiness: Prepare meals with love, catering to dietary needs, and assisting with feeding (if needed).
  
• Ensuring Safety and Mobility: Support seniors with walking, including the use of walkers or wheelchairs, and ensure safe travels to appointments or outings.
  
• Running Errands and Staying Connected: Shop for groceries, handle bills, or provide transportation to appointments, family visits, or outings.
  
• Documenting Your Impact: Record details of your visits and services delivered to ensure the best care for our seniors.

Qualifications:

• Empathy, patience, and kindness.
• Communication skills that could light up a room.
• Ability to juggle tasks confidently.
• Flexibility to changing schedules.
• First aid and CPR skills are a bonus too.
• A driver's license and reliable transportation to be their hero on wheels.
• A heart full of compassion and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Required:

• Driver's license and registered vehicle
• At least one year experience as a caregiver
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven customer service abilities
• High school degree or equivalent
• Currently located in Calgary, AB (no international applicants)
• Willing to travel up to 30 minutes from home to work location
