Notre client, chef de file canadien dans la distribution d'équipement CNC, recherche actuellement un ingénieur-technicien doté d'un leadership affirmé pour couvrir la zone de Montréal Nord ,Ottawa ,Gatineau.
Ce poste stratégique relève directement du Vice-président des opérations, basé à Toronto, dans la région d’Oakville.
Salaire : Entre 80 000 $ et 90 000 $ selon l’expérience + allocation pour la voiture
Responsabilités :
Programmation, opération et dépannage des machines CNC.
Répondre aux questions des clients concernant leurs applications et
équipements.
Former les nouveaux clients et réaliser des démonstrations sur les applications
et équipements.
Recommander des modifications et améliorations sur les équipements installés.
Documenter et rapporter les travaux effectués.
Assurer le plus haut niveau de communication et de support client.
Coordonner avec d'autres départements pour la livraison des services et le
respect des délais.
Effectuer d'autres fonctions liées au poste selon les besoins.
Profil
Qualifications :
Enseignement technique : apprentissage, diplôme d'études collégiales ou
universitaires en électronique / électrotechnique.
Un minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience antérieure en
dépannage-programmation CNC.
Connaissance approfondie de la programmation du code "G" et des logiciels
CAM.
Expérience significative avec les commandes Fanuc, Yasnac, Heidenhain,
Siemens, ainsi que Mazak et G&D.
Connaissance des processus d'usinage à grande vitesse et expérience avec des
centres d'usinage 5 axes, multi-tours axes, fraiseuses 3 axes et tours.
Capacité à voyager à travers le Canada, principalement dans la province.
Forte orientation vers le service à la clientèle avec d'excellentes compétences
interpersonnelles et de communication.
La maîtrise du français est nécessaire, et un anglais très avancé est également requis.

Your main responsibilities will include :
- Growing revenues and fostering new relationships with strong clients.
- Developing value-driven emails to attract new clients.
- Calling prospective clients daily to obtain and close agreements for services.
- Establishing client expectations and effectively communicating them to appropriate parties.
- Advising clients on staffing solutions.
- Facilitating the development of professional service agreements (including negotiating terms when necessary) between OpTalent and clients.
- Actively promoting OpTalent's services through social media, participation in professional associations, trade shows, and other public relations opportunities.
- Focusing on business development in the Ontario and Canada English markets.
- Maintaining the client and candidate databases.
- Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
- Understanding clients' recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conducting sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Negotiating terms of business and closing deals effectively.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Requirements and skills for this role are :
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales.
- 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment / agency industry is a huge asset.
- A proactive and motivated approach to achieving results.
- Experience in manufacturing and skilled trade recruitment is a huge asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with social media.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. We offer a base salary of $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience, plus an unlimited commission package.
