Through culturally grounded programming, BLC supports Black youth facing employment barriers by providing skills training, mentorship, and access to meaningful work opportunities.
Position Overview
The Workforce Readiness & Career Pathways Coordinator plays a key role in supporting youth as they transition from training into employment. This position is responsible for delivering employment readiness supports, coordinating quality employment opportunities (QEOs), building employer relationships, and ensuring youth are supported throughout their work placements. The Coordinator will work closely with participants, employers, and internal staff to ensure strong employment outcomes and positive workplace experiences.
